Today was the first day of Fall here in Southern California.
Not the actual first day of Fall, but the first one that really felt like fall. As such I had to celebrate with some warm comfort food. Easy Thai Coconut Curry was exactly what I needed and I want to thank Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauces for sponsoring this post.
This was so easy to make using the new Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauces.
I haven’t really used simmer sauces before so this was a very welcome new discovery for me. Using my “Pan With a Plan” simple recipe I was able to recreate my favorite Tofu Thai Coconut Curry recipe. The new Imagine® simmer sauces help home cooks around America like me (regardless of our cooking skills) prepare a delicious culinary creation of their own, just like I did!
Imagine® Culinary Simmer Sauce’s are available in four unique flavors.
I’m planning on trying the Portobello Red Wine sauce next but these other two sound amazing too… Latin Veracruz and Louisiana Creole! They are a quick and convenient way to make a gourmet meal in 3 easy steps and in just 10 minutes! You just Sear your favorite protein (ex. beef, chicken, seafood, tofu) and add any optional ingredients, then just simmer with Imagine® Culinary Simmer Sauce. They can also be served with a side dish of your choice.
Here is how I made my Easy Thai Coconut Curry.
- Cook your tofu in coconut oil till all sides are browned.
- Add in broccoli and continue cooking.
- Add in Imagine® Thai Coconut Curry Sauce and simmer.
- (optional) Stir in rice.
- Serve!

This looks absolutely delicious. I know the boys would enjoy this.
I would most likely need to buy and make two bags, because my crew would devour it all.

I really love the simplicity of these in bag meals. I haven’t heard of this brand before, but it looks amazing! I am going to have to look for it the next time I go grocery shopping!
Ok I see what I want to eat for dinner. I would love to give that sauce a try. I’m going to be looking for that on my next supermarket visit.
Sounds really good. I used to make my curry from scratch when I ate meat. I am Jamaican so we love our curried meat – I don’t now since I switch to almost raw vegan. That meal does look pretty good
I have never tried tofu before but this recipe makes me want too! Looks like a scrumptious meal for sure!
This dish looks delicious! I can’t wait to try the Simmer Sauces out!

The portobello Red Wine sauce sounds great!! This will really help on busy weeknights!
I would definitely go for the coconut curry first. But my second choice would be Louisiana Creole. I like eating tofu but without a good sauce it can get boring. This sounds like the perfect solution.
I have never tried Thai food, but this does look scrumptious! Thanks for sharing.
Ohmygoodness!!! Such an easy way to eat Thai. I’ll be checking this out asap!
That dish looks like a wonderful way to celebrate the first chilly day of the season! We’ve had weird weather here. It’s supposed to be colder. One day it is, the next it’s like 75. So weird.
This looks really good. I love meals like this on days when I’m pressed for time.
I have to admit, I love sauces that help make your meal taste great. I have the toughest time seasoning things so this just works for me.
Awesome sauce in a bag? Yes please!
Oh I love Thai Curry – ANY Thai curry! I had it in Thailand not too long ago and saw so happy!
I have never tried the Imagine Organic Culinary Simmer Sauces. They sound perfect for dinner. I will be checking out our market to see if they carry the brand.
