My husband has two loves in his life. It hasn’t always been easy sharing his affection with another, but I’ve come to terms with it. He loves his family and he loves peanut butter. There, I’ve said it.
Because I’m a such a desperate amazing wife I like to keep him happy. These Peanut Butter Brownie cups make him VERY happy!
These are so easy to make that they don’t even require a real recipe {they are cheaters from a box too}! First up… the cast of characters! See those brownies pouches. They are the ultimate cheat {From Trader Joe’s too} that you add nothing to. You just open it up and pour them into the pan!
Now, this is the hard part. You will need lots of concentration. Please pay attention. Remove all of the wrappers from the peanut butter cups. Any of the cups that break cannot be used in the brownie or something horrible can happen. Protect your family from horribleness and eat all of the broken ones.
Moving on… poor brownie mix into the bottom of the lined cupcake pan. Put just enough to coat the bottom.
Now squish a peanut butter cup into the brownie mix.
Cover with more brownie mix and pop in the oven. Follow the directions on the pouch to bake.
Next, it’s time to make the frosting. Again, VERY difficult {or at least let people think it is}. Dump 2 containers of frosting and a jar of peanut butter. Mix! Done!
Now grab 2 plastic gallon bags. Dump the chocolate frosting in one. Dump the peanut butter in the other. Squeeze them at the same time and swirl.
EAT!
These would make my hubby oh-so-happy!

Looks DELICIOUS & dangerous to the waist! But I’d still make it/eat it!
