I love making quick and easy meals for my family like this Easy Veggie Stir Fry, brought to you through a sponsored post partnership on behalf of Success® Rice.
Now that school has started back up I’m back to making quick and easy weeknight meals.
My Easy Veggie Stir Fry is just that… super easy, filled with veggies and tastes amazing! It’s one of those dishes that you can just grab this and that and throw it together in a hurry and have a real, home cooked meal. I always keep a box {or two} of Jasmine Success Rice on hand and then I use whatever veggies I have. I use Success® Jasmine Rice because it is the only boil-in-bag Jasmine rice available. It has a buttery, nutty fragrance, silky, smooth grains and delivers fully cooked rice in 10 minutes. It’s pre-portioned, BPA-free boil-in-bag means no mess, and no measuring involved.
We like to get a little fancy with our rice and try different varieties.
I’ve made this with both Jasmine and Basmati. Did you know that Success® Basmati Rice is the only boil-in-bag Basmati rice available? It’s long and slender and elongates 3-4 times in length when cooked. It has a distinctive fragrance and fluffy texture. It’s pre-portioned, BPA-free boil-in-bag means no mess, no measuring involved and it delivers fully cooked rice in 10 minutes. All that means easy, time saving dinners for my family!
With 4 varieties available including: Success® Whole Grain Brown Rice and Success® White Rice, and globally-inspired aromatic varieties of Success® Rice, including fragrant Thai Jasmine or Basmati Rice, there’s a variety everyone in your family will love. Try your own twist on one of your favorite recipes by swapping an aromatic variety into some of your go-to rice dishes. I’ve done this with Spanish inspired recipes and casseroles and I love the results. It’s like a little extra to kick up the flavors!
Because meal time can get a little crazy around here I like that Success® Rice is the ORIGINAL no mess, no measure boil-in-bag rice that cooks perfectly every time and is ready in 10 minutes. The white and brown rice can sit for up to 30 minutes before being served, making it foolproof.
Success Rice helps me get my Stir Fry recipe on the table quickly. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
- Success Boil-in-bag Jasmine Rice
- Veggies, I use whatever I have on hand. Normally this includes onions, garlic, cabbage, bean sprouts, broccoli, green beans and water chestnuts
- 3 tbs. soy sauce, 1 tbs. oil {coconut or olive oil} salt and pepper to taste
- Protein of your choice. I used tofu.
Directions:
- Cook the rice. This will only take 10 minutes!
- Throw everything else in your wok {tofu last} and cook till the rice is done or longer is you like your veggies softer.
- Enjoy!
You can take your family on a culinary adventure at mealtime – try using Success® Jasmine Rice as the foundation for an Asian-inspired dinner or Success® Basmati Rice to add a taste of India to your next family meal or get-together with friends.
