7up ten berry refresher

As we get closer to summer I'm thinking more and more of fun refreshing drinks that are still healthy and taste great. This 7UP TEN is all that and more! It's also really easy to make and has a lot less calories than a milk shake but it still tastes like a decadent treat!

Step Four: Enjoy!

My daughters all said this was one of their favorite new drinks. I also made a cream-sickle drink using the Sunkist TEN and a scoop of fat free vanilla frozen yogurt and added some slices of small oranges. That turned out awesome too! There are so many ways to use the new TEN drinks to make some of your favorite recipes healthier!

Be sure to follow the makers of 7UP TEN, Dr Pepper Snapple Group on Facebook and Twitter to learn more about their awesome new link of TEN products.  And don't forget the other types of TEN: Sunkist TEN, A&W TEN and Canada Dry TEN!

  1. That sounds perfect for a summer evening out on the deck. I am going to have to make some of these and soon!

  2. I am loving all these ’10’ recipes… I have tried DP10 and was NOT a fan but w these new recipes I will def hav to give one of the ’10’s’ a try.

  3. I can totally make this easy beverage to sip by the pool this summer. Sometimes water gets a little bland – it’s nice to have an alternative that doesn’t pile on the calories!

  4. I like to make fun fruity drinks for afternoons out at the pool. These will be perfect!!

  5. We’ve just given up on carbonated drinks. But this is such a fun twist to a regular glass of 7 up!
