I LOVE my kids and I LOVE having them around.
We have had an awesome summer and I was sad to see them go back to school… until I came down stairs and saw The Little One toilet papering the middle one and then the poor cat getting toilet papered too. That is when I knew that they {and I} were ready for back to school time! I love all the fun your kids are having. I think I am the only parent out there (or it feels that way) that hates back to school because it is too quiet at home. We home school one of our kids and the other goes to regular school and yet I am still always in tears the first week.

As for toilet papering…we used to do this to each other at camp all the time when we were kids. Brings back sweet memories.
Haha……I can only imagine what teachers have to deal with when kids come back to school!

I’m happy the kids are going back to school but I’m also so going to miss them. This summer has been boring for us.
I will be going back to school this season and not looking forward to it myself but I can’t wait until my little one is in school!
Ha! I am waiting for my son to do this to our cats. Actually, I’m kind of surprised that it hasn’t happened yet!
Two more weeks until school here and I can’t wait! 🙂

Whew it has been a long summer. I am glad school is going to back in next week. Poor kitty though. I know my furkids will be glad for some quiet!
TGIBTS for sure! My daughter just started kindergarten this week- mom is doing the happy dance!
I’m in love with my kiddos so I don’t like starting school for any of us! However, it does make some days so much easier!

I homeschool, so no break for me. But I do wish I had some free time when my daughter toilet papers our 2 cats. lol
As a former teacher, I don’t celebrate BTS but rather end of the school year, lol. I have no littles yet as well. I do love Fruit of the Loom though.
My kids still have about 3 weeks before they start back to school. I’m actually not ready for that. They have been gone most of the summer on trips and adventures and I miss them terribly! lol I can’t wait for school to start just so I can see them more! Teenagers…
LOL! My TGIBTS moments involve messes and fighting. But really I don’t want summer to end.
The last few days before e back to school is filled with nervous energy. I’m sure everyone will be glad when school starts again. Especially the cat. LOL
Them toilet papering the cat is HILARIOUS!
My boys were bored and drew tattoos all over each other with marker. It wasn’t permanent marker, but it wasn’t the easy washable kind, either. I think they might need to go back!
Back to school for me was never that exciting because it meant back to work full time for me, LOL. Summer was always a great time filled with swimming and sports and vacation. Great memories.
Oh come on…..toilet papering each other and the cat is good clean fun 🙂 Those are the fun times that make for great stories when they get older.
Hurrah for moms who love having their kids around! My least favorite part of back to school is that the kids will be gone. I like having them home too!
I am so with you on this #TGIBTS thing. You love them, they are yours, but WOW, the boredom has kicked in and it time to get started with those thinking brains!

I have mixed feelings about back to school time. Happy that kiddo is back in a great school that he loves with all his friends but dreading all the crazy traffic of school busses and extra cars on the road.
