Today is Maddie’s birthday and we are having a huge celebration in our house!
We are starting with getting our makeup done then hopping in a limo for lunch, then to get our hair and nails done, followed by a fancy dinner with the rest of our family. While we are getting our makeup done I have some snacks set out for us all to enjoy featuring our partner, RITZ Crackers!

These are SO GOOD and sO EASY to make.
All you have to do is buy Limited Edition RITZ Ultimate Butter Crackers, cream cheese (I chose the spreadable one since it is easier to work with) and Albertsons’ Signature Farms Fresh Made Mango Salsa. I found the salsa in the refrigerator section and I was in and out of my local Albertons store with all the ingredients in minutes!
To assemble these RITZwich, top RITZ crackers with a smear of cream cheese and a spoonful of mango salsa! It’s that easy!
For the little ones (and those that are young at heart) I made peanut butter banana RITZwich.
These are equally easy. I sliced a banana and dunked each sliced part in a little bit of honey. I then alternated RITZ bits and the banana slices. They ended up being RITZwich towers and were so fun (and delicious) to eat!
