It’s cookie time!
I go all out on Christmas Eve with a bunch of cookies to snack on and this year I’m including these awesome sugar cookies that are made with Kelapo Coconut Oil! I was so excited when I got the idea to use coconut oil because I knew they would be really good… and I was right! There is a slight coconut taste that makes these really special.

I never thought to use coconut oil for cookies. It does make perfect sense!
I wish I had seen this recipe earlier. I had to make sugar cookies for my son’s 4H party and these would have been perfect.

I’ve never used coconut oil as an ingredient for a recipe. I wonder if my husband would notice the taste. TO me it is tasteless but not my husband.

I love the healthy spin on a favorite classic! I must say my favorite type of cookie is the pecan puffs we make each year for the holidays. They’re more of a ball instead of a flat cookie but it still counts 😉

I have never made cookies with coconut oil but would like to try. At Christmas time, I love butter cookies that melt in your mouth.
Now that I’m vegan I use coconut oil more often and it really is versatile and delicious. Sounds yummy
