Our vacation to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa just kept getting better! From snorkeling to the beach, we are so excited to share our full review with you. Special thanks to Disney for hosting this amazing vacation! We can’t wait to go back!

Day 4 at Disney’s Aulani started with this view from our balcony.

I mean, even if none of the other fun happened, this would have been enough for me. Well, this view and some of their delicious coffee that is.

Of course, we had more than a full day planned.

We started with the Character Breakfast where we hung out with Aunty and Minnie Mouse!

In between dancing and other fun activities, we enjoyed a really great breakfast. Just like with all the other meals, we had our favorite vegan options brought right out to the table.

After breakfast, we got ready for a full day of ocean fun!

I soaked up some sun from the lounge chairs.

You wouldn’t know that because I layer on the sunblock, so my normally pale skin doesn’t show signs of it, but I promise it happened! It felt so good to just sit back and relax too!

While I was taking in the ocean air with Maddie and Ash, Emmy and Pete were splashing in the lagoon. The water was calm and the beach sand so soft.

Then we moved over to the pool and lazy river!

I missed Maddie and Ash floating by… but caught Pete and Em!

As if that wasn’t enough… we then made our way to the splash pad/water playset. It is perfect for the littlest ones!

We grabbed some tofu bowls (think poke but swap tofu) for lunch and then we were off on an excursion to go snorkeling off the coast!

This reminded me so much of our Adventures By Disney vacation to Europe last summer. Once you book the excursion with Disney, they handle everything and even have one of their guides along with you. He met us in the lobby, and on the bus ride to the boat, he shared so much history and knowledge about Hawaii.

Once onboard, there was reef safe sunblock waiting for us and lunch too!

We saw so many whales too! We looked left and then right and they were everywhere!

I really enjoyed seeing the island from the water too!

Another Adventures By Disney memory was how all the kids had so much fun together on the boat!

Then it was time for the main event… snorkeling!

There were even green turtles swimming around where we were snorkeling!

And huge schools of fish!

Snorkeling has turned into one of our favorite things to do on vacation, and this was another time we won’t soon forget.

Love her cute little hand signals to me!

She couldn’t wait to tell me about all the fish she saw and the turtle that came up to say hi to her!

The guide also (carefully) brought up this little guy for the kids to see and learn about.

Disney goes above and beyond every single time.

You know that feeling when the ocean air is swirling around and you are so at peace… that is how we all felt. So much fun and so relaxing at the same time.

We were treated to another amazing Hawaiian sunset!

PS. We also had Dole Whip… and it was even better than on the mainland. It could have been the tropical air or just that the pineapples taste better here? Either way, it is just another BIG reason to plan your next family vacation at Aulani!

Make sure to watch the video up above for all the fun we had today! It features our underwater visit from the Hawaiian Green Turtle.
