I took an acting class once. The instructor was very nice, even when he told me acting wasn’t in my future. LOL

I took a drama class as an elective in middle school and had fun, but that’s as far as I went. I am all about letting my kids pursue their passions!
I have never taken an acting class but I have been an extra in a TV show. When I was in University I lived close to where they would film. It was so fun and I was able to make some cash.
I have never tied taking acting class, because I was really very shy growing up. My daughter was my opposite and she would take advantage of every opportunity to join a school play. Wishing Maddie the best of luck in her endeavors!

I haven’t but out girls have been several plays and taken some classes. They love being on stage and me… I just love to watch.
No, I haven’t but I think my kids would love to. They love performing at school. Love that you support your daughter’s passion. 😀

I think almost any class is beneficial for kids. The life experience is worth it, regardless of the outcome.
Looks like the lessons are going well! Hopefully we will see her accepting an Oscar or Emmy one of these days!

I dabbled in acting as a teen, and just loved it. I was kind of shy, but the stage never frightened me. Wish lots of luck to Maddie from me!
