You know how much we LOVE Netflix in our home!

There is such a great variety of shows to watch and I am so thankful to have them on in the background while I’m working on my blog (you can start your own blog with our 5-Day Free Course), or as a family during movie night. If you missed my first post of 10 Shows You Should Be Watching On Netflix be sure to check it out!

Here is the updated 10 (More) shows you should be watching on Netflix in 2021!

1. Virgin River-
I am so thankful that there are now two seasons of this masterpiece so that we can sink deeper and deeper into the storyline. Teaser- heartbreak leads to new beginnings and a whole lot more!

1. October Faction- Supernatural family drama. The series features twins with powers and their supernatural fighting parents. Sounds simple, but it isn’t. Very entertaining!

1. Firefly Lane- Bestfriends from childhood sharing life’s twists and turns into their adulthood. There are equal parts heartbreak, hope, and love. It reminds me a lot of This is Us and Parenthood. A show that will leave a mark on your heart for a long time!

4. Bridgerton- A period piece featuring siblings living the high society life in London- looking for love, happiness, and good times! Maybe some scandals too?

5. The Umbrella Academy- This is a sci-fi series based on a comic book. Not something I ever thought I would find myself watching- yet here we are. It kept my attention and had some pretty cool filming elements. I’m not sure I took in all of it, as I was watching while working- but I would definitely keep watching future seasons.

6. Dead To Me- This is the story of a very unfortunate friendship. It is uncomfortable, funny, endearing in a strange way, and something you won’t be able to stop watching.

7. The Ripper- This will freak you out and intrigue you at the same time. All about the hunt to identify and hopefully capture the Yorkshire Ripper- the serial killer from the 1970s.

8. Peaky Blinders- I am always looking for shows that have multiple seasons (this one has 5 so far) so that I can get completely immersed in the characters. This timepiece set in 1919 Birmingham, England will do just that… as you feel like you are a part of the gang led by the infamous crime boss.

9. FATE: THE WINX SAGA- Teen/Young Adult series that is mindless fun watching for all ages. Follow an American girl who just found out she is a fairy and her new magical friends as they right the wrongs of the past?

10. Longmire- Set in Wyoming, this crime thriller follows the life of a sheriff who is rebuilding his life after the death of his wife.

  • My Husbands Daughter has Netflex and was just telling us how much she liked it and what a great price it was. I see it has the show Royal Pains which I started watching a couple seasons ago.

  • My favorite Netflix show is Orange is the New Black, which I love. But, honestly, there are so many good shows on right now and not enough hours in the day to watch them all!

  • I’m going to have to check some of these out. I’ve seen Breaking Bad and Scandal and absolutely love those shows!

  • Have and The Arrow are two of the best shows out there! I love Netflix, because I can catch up on some of my favorite shows with no commercials. I HATE commercials.

    • I really like Arrow! I didn’t think I would get into it when my husband suggested it, but I did!

  • I need to watch Scandal. I don’t know why I haven’t seen it since the beginning. I watched New Girl on Netflix last fall (and became hooked quickly.) I also watched the Mindy Project on Netflix. Another addiction of mine.

  • I love Netflix. I can catch up on my favorite series, and the best part is most of the series are streaming. No DVDs needed.

  • Lots of good shows. I don’t watch all of them but good that Netflix has them.

  • I love Netflix. Especially for series. The majority of them are streaming, which means no waiting for DVDs and no stopping between seasons.

  • love Netflix, ive only seen Damages on this list, but my 13 son just watched Every episode of Fresh Prince of Bel Air,and loved it.

  • I don’t watch any of those but Scandal. I should really watch more on Netflix – it’s nice that you can stop and start as you like. A must with little ones!

  • I’ve watched some of Arrow and really liked it but got caught up in others.

My current favorites on Netflix Lost Girl, Hemlock Grove, and Bitten.

  • I’ve seen Breaking Bad, but I really want to see Witches of East End and Arrow – I have heard good things. Thanks for sharing!

  • Thanks for sharing! I was just asking friends for recommendations earlier today and heard of Arrow- I’ll have to check it out!

  • My husband and I love to have Netflix marathons. I want to see Witches Of East End, so that is on our list.

  • I agree. I have seen all of these but Haven. Which is odd since I love Stephen King. I watch Arrow on Hulu though so I can get episodes when they come out. I am a Stephen Amell addict.

  • We are huge Netflix viewers and have already finished many of the seasons of the popular shows like Sons of Anarchy. I have not seen Arrow, but someone recommended it to me.

  • We just finished watching Arrow on Netflix, and are looking for something new. Based on your descriptions I think we will give The Guardian a try.

  • What I watch on Netflix is usually family movies with my kids, or Law & Order. I also love to watch foreign movies with subtitles on Netflix. I have only watched one of the titles you suggested – and that was the original. I will have to check some of them out.

  • I’ve actually heard of some of these! We watch Arrow and Breaking Bad. My husband really likes BB but it’s too depressing for me.

  • We have not subscribed to Netflix unfortunately 🙁 I am sure there are movies and shows that are perfect for the family to watch. We do have a HD cable though 🙂

  • I rarely watch TV at all but when I do, I watch Netflix, these are some great shows, I’ll try to catch a few next time I’m wondering what to watch.

  • I thank Netflix for letting me binge catch up on Scandal last November. And also for Arrow, Season 1 at the gym. Love those shows. It seems this is now a must have for me, and we get it through our cable box as well since 2 months ago!

  • I love most of the shows that you have mentioned. I have been thinking about getting Netflix again!

  • We are always looking to add stuff to our queue – great choices! I’ve been hearing a lot about Arrow so that may be next.

  • I love Netflix! I currently do not have a favorite show right now but Haven sounds really good. Thats something my husband and I can get into.

  • I love Netflix. I got it for my girls and find myself turning on a series and watching the whole thing. Since we are bloggers it’s nice to have that option while we are working. But shhh not sure that is a secret I want to share haha 🙂

  • We Love Netflix I Must Renew My Membership It Keeps The Kids Busy For Hours!

  • You had me at Witches. My husband connected Netflix to the TV and it has been such a blessing on the weekends. I can hide in my room all day and catch up on my shows. Great list.

  • This is so awesome you did a post like this. We actually don’t have cable and live off of Netflix. We are starting to run out of good things to watch. Thanks for this list.
