We learned a lot over the past couple years with all the traveling we have been doing. The most important thing that we learned was to pack light. I thought I had done that on our trip to Florida, but packing for three weeks proved to be a challenge, and we ended up with way too many bags. The kids and Pete were not to blame. That was all on me, and it wasn’t from too many shoes, it was me that wanted a different look every day of our trip!
I know I’m not alone in that. Us moms want to love our clothes on vacations so that we look good in the pictures (it’s 2016, we are putting ourselves in the pictures, not just taking them)! But we also are juggling everyone’s luggage, plus our own, so we accept that we will have way too many bags.
This is what my luggage could have looked like…
This is the collection in one bag. Seriously this would have had me covered for 14 days of outfit changes!
Maddie and I had a photoshoot with the collection because I had to show you all how great they fit and how beautiful they looked. Can I just stop and say how crazy it is to finally be able to share clothes with my daughter too?! It is also pretty cool that she thought the clothes that I picked out were awesome too!
A couple things I noticed right away when I received the clothes was how versatile the collection is and how it is designed to work together to easily mix and match. You can put together so many options with each piece really complimenting the other.
Another thing I notice and love is that everything is in travel friendly fabrications. It is all wrinkle resistant or wrinkle free, and manufactured in San Francisco. Yep, this is all from one of my favorite cities in the world!
I really think that this is the way of the future as far as clothing shopping for vacations (and at home) goes.
