Day three in Cabo and we woke up to this view at our host resort, Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas Hotel

Of course, we headed straight to the coffee bar for lattes…

We decided to get some exercise after that so we went for a walk on the beach and then it was soon lunch time.

The day flew by. Who knew relaxing could make the day pass so quickly?

international buffet dinner night

For people that didn’t do THAT much… we sure were hungry! Dinner was at the buffet and the theme for the evening was international cuisine. We all had Mexican food on our minds, especially after Emmy was serenaded!

Cheers to a wonderful day! Pete’s favorite selection of the night was the cheese enchiladas! The chef asked if he could make this especially for Pete and then she personally walked it back to our table. Everyone here has been so lovely and warm.
