This year the holiday season has been different for me. November and a bit into December were really stressful as far as the amount of work I had to get through. About halfway through it all I realized that although it was a lot to do... I was living the life I really wanted and that I loved each moment of my work day, and my mind shifted from stress to gratitude. And then moments like these, where there is nothing but joy in her heart, as she does her favorite thing (decorating the tree) remind me just why I love this time of year so much.This post contains affiliate links. We had a great time at our annual Christmas Eve party at our house. There was a lot of action including a Secret Santa gift exchange as well as the annual White Elephant gift exchange. This is one of my favorite days of the year and this day did not disappoint!
