By the time Wednesday rolls around I’m starting to feel tired.

It feels like Wednesday is closer to Monday, than Friday… and I think that ads to my mental tiredness. Especially when it comes to cooking. I love to cook and enjoy good meals… but I just don’t have the time.

Thankfully I found P.F. Chang’s Home Menu for the win! They are making Wok Wednesday our favorite day of the week and something we are all looking forward too!

P.F. Chang’s Home Menu has options with quality cuts of beef, white meat chicken breast or succulent shrimp paired with crisp colorful vegetables, tender noodles, and more! The signature sauces have a variety of bold exciting flavors.

Having all of these choices gives me the advantage of saving the hassle of cooking from scratch, but still getting the delicious taste we want!

We are now stirring things up in the middle of the week with #WokWednesday!

I love that there are so many options… and that they feed two people.

I was able to easily create this three course meal in minutes with the option available. Each dish was really delicious!

We started with Chang’s Cream Cheese Wontons and then we had Chang’s Signature Rice. This is Maddie’s favorite rice! After that it was time for Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles. Everyone in the family loved it and requested this exact combo of deliciousness for next Wok Wednesday!
