These little accidents always seem to happen when you are away from home too! I’ve even got the kids trained to carry mini first aid kids with them. They keep some in their backpacks and pockets! Ha! I have one of these first aid kids in my purse, all our SUV’s, three rooms in the house and each bathroom. Five boys and one girl have taught me to be VERY prepared
We always have plenty of Band Aids on hand. With kids, there is always something getting scraped up. Even as ad adult, I find myself using plenty of Band Aids.
My kids are the bandaid queens. Not joking. They use them for bruises and for decorating their knees and arms sometimes. That means we go through a tonne of these. You have reminded me though that spring and summer are great times to stock up on some of these because there will be more falls and scrapes when the bikes and skateboards are out!

You have to have bandaids on hand, always, when you have kids. I could use those blister ones!
I should be better prepared about this, as ex military and father of 7. I keep a nice first aid kit in my backpacking gear but that’s about it.
Totally agree that playtime is vital. Plus, my mom thinks that Neosporin will cure just about anything. “Just put some Neosporin on it,” is a term I have heard repeatedly over the years!!
We love going outside and dig in the dirt. The boys love getting dirty and muddy.
I have a little first aid kit that I keep in my car. I also have a little band-aid supply in my purse. You just never know when you will need these supplies.
