With a huge dollop of peanut butter and more than a sprinkle of milk and white chocolate… these dessert calzones are the ultimate sweet treat! Pair these with a glass of red wine and have the perfect “adult” celebration!
I love having friends over for evening book club meetings or just to chit chat and this is one of our favorite desserts to snack on while we dish about all the happenings around our little town. I especially love to make it because it’s SO easy!
Ready? Roll out some prepaid pizza dough. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Top with white and milk {or dark} chocolate chips. Seal the edges by pinching them together and bake at 425 degrees till golden brown. For me, that was about 15 min.
Do not turn your back for even a second. Look what happens. Your chocolate chips disappear.
Do you see the ooey, gooey dripping sweet filling? Warm and so yummy! If you want to be adventurous, may I recommend a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream on top?
Doesn’t get any better. Enjoy!
Yum, I’m hungry now!
Sorry LOL!
