This year I am so excited about the Mother’s Day gifts I have for my mom and sister.
I seriously spend way too much time trying to think of clever ideas to get them, because at this point… anything they want or need they can get for themselves. But, like most Mom’s, they always neglect to get themselves the simple pleasures in life- great health and beauty products like Dove.
I decided to make them a gift basket of Dove products that I absolutely love that will make them smile, slow down and feel extra loved!
To make this awesome gift basket, I headed to Target for the Dove products and used baskets I already had at home. I’ve been given quite a few baskets this past year and I’ve been saving them for something special just like this.
I chose a pink/purple toned theme because my mom and sister both love those colors and I think they really compliment the Dove products. I got super lucky and even found flowers that matched my idea!
The first thing I added to the baskets was Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash.
I love that it is a mild body wash that combines NutriumMoisture™ with 100% gentle cleansers to help your skin retain its natural moisture, leaving you with softer, smoother skin after just one shower. When I get out of the shower after using it, I’m always so happy with how healthy my skin feels!
Next, I added Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo & Conditioner.
I am one of those people that needs to have matching shampoo + conditioner, and I love that these are both so great there is no need to not match. These have a unique formulation that visibly repairs and progressively nourishes damaged hair with continuous use. My hair always looks healthy, strong and more beautiful after using the shampoo, and it feels smoother after the conditioner. It also helps detangling and improves manageability.
I also added Dove Advanced Care Original Clean Antiperspirant.
I wouldn’t normally include a deodorant in a gift basket, but I had to this time. That is because it makes my skin so smooth and helps my underarms recover from shaving irritation while leaving me feeling comfortable, dry and fresh with up to 48 hours of protection from underarm wetness and odor.
I saved my absolute favorite thing for last- Dove White Beauty Bar.
I love the scent of this bar. Like, I LOVE IT! Plus, my skin is so much smoother, more radiant looking skin vs. ordinary soap. I have loved Dove for a long time, who wouldn’t once they tried it? I use all the Dove products with my favorite being the body wash. My adult son has bad allergies and dry skin. He was told by his doctor that Dove was one of the three soaps he could use. That impressed me.
Growing up my Nana always swore by Dove, said it was the best for your skin. Now I love it too! This is an awesome basket!
Pampering products for a pampering mom! I love Dove products and my family has been using it since as far back as I can remember. (My grandmother loved the beauty bar). Now a grandmother myself, I am happy that my grandchildren use Baby Dove. I just love how this makes their skin so soft and smooth!
