We have been on the go all year long. It has been awesome, but it takes a lot of energy to travel as much as we do. We realized pretty quickly that to keep up with the traveling, and the kids, we had to put our own health on the list of things we can’t take for granted. That meant eating right, getting enough exercise (especially for me, Pete already has that covered) and to take a high-quality multivitamin.
When we heard that Swisse Products are now available in the worldwide via iHerb, we knew that these needed to be a part of our wellness routine.

I do take a multivitamin, but realized that I’m out as of this week! These sound really great. I’d love to try them and see how they could benefit me (working full-time and running after two kids has a tendency to run a person down.)
