It feels like fall and Halloween take forever to get here, and then in a blink of an eye, they are both over.
With the back-to-school season quickly evolving into fall time, I can see how and why. I wish there was a way to extend it. Like maybe we can all agree that Halloween fun is allowed right up until we sit at the Thanksgiving table? Would that work for you? If so, I’m in!
I know I’m dreaming on this one. Tomorrow I’m going to wake up and Halloween will be over and we will start the countdown again for next year.
That’s just how it goes!
That’s okay, we have some very exciting news to carry us through as we get closer to more holiday fun. After almost two years of planning, talking, not having time and all that, the girls’ very own YouTube channel was launched last week. We have videos that they started making more than two years ago that we might or might not eventually post, but for now, they have a bunch of brand new videos to share.
It has been so amazing watching them work together on this and formulate their own business plan for their channel. They are having so much fun and that is what it is all about!
Here is a link to The Reese Sisters YouTube channel.
They would love if you hopped on over there and subscribed!
I’m also so happy that we managed to all make it to the pumpkin patch this year.
I wasn’t sure if we would have time and also with teens and their schedules, I was thinking this might take a miracle to accomplish… but we did it! I can’t even tell you how happy it makes me that our girls still want to do all of our fall traditions and are as excited as we are about them all.
It does hurt my heart a bit when I see this one pushing the wheelbarrow though.
I remember when she was the one in it!
She always keeps us laughing and smiling!
Ha! This one is my favorite picture from our adventure. There is always one in the group right? Poor Maddie was slipping and falling all over the patch.
At least Pete caught it on film!
And of course, Pete and Ash had a pumpkin picking up contest.
I’m just glad it didn’t end with a smashing pumpkin finale!
Emmy tried to convince us that we needed to buy a rocking chair. I totally agree with her, but the beach house doesn’t have a good place for one… so we settled on a little pumpkin for her room.
Awww this is so special to get the family together- at that age everyone wants to do their own thing. I love the pictures great shots 🙂
