Meal planning has always been something I really wanted to do but I didn't know where to start. I wanted having a meal plan to save me time, not stress me out. Emeals was exactly what I needed.

It took me minutes to sign up and then I had a whole weeks meal plan within seconds.

There are quite a few to choose from including a calorie restrictive one, vegetarian and kid friendly. I took a look at a few of the plans as I had originally planned to do the vegetarian one {it had awesome recipes}  but decided to show you a recipe from the kid friendly meal plan because I think that's the biggest challenge for parents- making foods that your really want to eat… and that you want to eat too!

emeals

This is eMeals Main Dish Macaroni Vegetable Bake from their kid friendly meal plan.

It was very easy to make and was totally something that both parents and kids would love to eat. I have been thrilled with how much meal planning has really helped out lives and created more family time. Having the meal plans emailed straight to me is an added bonus!

Be sure to visit eMeals and try their 14 day money back guarantee!
