Rainbow Sorbet Topped With Fruit

Happy Monday to you! Life is absolutely crazy right now. All three of my daughters are back in school as of this morning and I’m playing catchup in every aspect of my life! It’s happy crazy though! I wanted to stop in real quick with this old family favorite from my husband’s side of the family. His mom made this for us last night as a sweet appetizer and it was a knockout! Everyone loved it and it was beyond easy to make. Win, win! She told me that her mom made this for her when she was a little girl too. 

Ready for the directions?

  1. Place a cup full of fresh or canned fruit in an appetizer-sized bowl
  2. Top with a generous scoop of rainbow sherbert!
  3. Done!
