With a last name like Reese well, I have to love peanut butter sweets right? And I totally do!

After I made this I realized just how much of the summer mood I am in. The months of baked goods that I constantly was making has been replaced with cool and refreshing eats that don’t heat up the house. This creamy peanut butter cup dessert dip is so easy to make and tastes just like a more luxurious version of the peanut butter cup filling we all love from Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Served with chocolate cookies… (I used chocolate graham crackers) this is decadent and perfect for your next house party… or tonight’s dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter. I use natural peanut butter and it separates big time. I drain off the oil first and scoop the peanut butter from the bottom.
  • 8 oz jar {or close to it in size} Marshmallow cream
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whip the whipped cream until it has stiff peaks.
  2. Add the marshmallow cream  and peanut butter and whip until it is all incorporated.
  3. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips if you like.
  4. Use cookies or crackers as dippers and enjoy!

This is perfect to help you cool off on days when it’s really warm outside. The kids love to dip the crackers in it too! Do you have a house of peanut butter lovers in your house too?
