Let’s start with chocolate chips, whipped cream, fresh sliced bananas and a rich chocolate banana brownie crumbled up so that each scrumptious spoonful has just the right amount of chocolaty goodness and you will have this extraordinary parfait!
I was so excited when I saw that there were 2 tiny squares left of my chocolate banana brownies that I wanted to grab them and eat them right away… but they were really small and I knew that I wanted to savor them as much as possible… that’s when I decided to make a parfait out of them. Perfection!
Start with a healthy {awesome choice of words for a dessert right?} sprinkling of chocolate chips on the bottom of your parfait bowl.
Add some fresh whipped cream.
Now slice bananas and arrange them ever so carefully on top of the whipped cream. Okay so you don’t have to really place them carefully, but doesn’t that sound more luxurious? At this point I got so excited to eat this that I stopped taking the step by step pictures. It literally slipped my mind completely! Let’s pretend that there is a picture of the brownie crumbled and then the whipped cream piped on and garnished with more banana slices and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips… wait, I do have THAT picture:
That’s all folks! So easy to make and so tasty! Enjoy!
