These Caesar Salad Crustini’s take the best of the traditional salad {THE CROUTONS!} and amplify it to the 100th degree!  A crispy, buttery, garlicky HUGE crouton topped with a cool traditional Caesar Salad! Yummy!

The inspiration for this came from my sweet 11-year-old daughter who loves Caesar Salad. Anytime I ask her what type of salad she wants with dinner 100% of the time she says Caesar. This past weekend we were talking about dinner and my daughter mentioned that she wanted extra croutons in her salad. Then a second later she had the idea that I make huge croutons and add some salad to the top! Perfection!
