These Caesar Salad Crustini’s take the best of the traditional salad {THE CROUTONS!} and amplify it to the 100th degree!  A crispy, buttery, garlicky HUGE crouton topped with a cool traditional Caesar Salad! Yummy!

The inspiration for this came from my sweet 11-year-old daughter who loves Caesar Salad. Anytime I ask her what type of salad she wants with dinner 100% of the time she says Caesar. This past weekend we were talking about dinner and my daughter mentioned that she wanted extra croutons in her salad. Then a second later she had the idea that I make huge croutons and add some salad to the top! Perfection!

  1. 1 Loaf of French Bread
  2. 1 Head of lettuce
  3. 1 Bottle of Caesar Dressing
  4. Parmesan Cheese
  5. 4 Tablespoons of Butter, melted
  6. 2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
For The Crustini
  1. Slice Bread into 1/2 slices
  2. Combine butter and garlic
  3. Spread butter mixture onto bread
  4. Broil bread until it’s crisp
For Salad
  1. Combine lettuce and dressing, toss to coat lettuce well
Prepare to Serve
  1. Top bread with salad mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
