Earlier this year I attended one of the most amazing conferences, The Big Traveling Potluck!

The 2014 conference was held in Temecula, which is a short drive from my home so I jumped at the opportunity to attend. Even though I don’t write 100% about food, I was welcomed by a great group of fellow bloggers. The unique thing about The Big Traveling Potluck is that it is a relatively small conference. You really feel like you get to know the other attendees and sponsors. It’s the most intimate conference I’ve ever attended and I really enjoyed it.

Food was the main star of the show.

At no point was I hungry. While learning about technique or the sponsors there was always food available. Sabra was one of the sponsors and I loved the dips and appetizers that were served with their hummus and other spreads. This was more of an experience than a sit down and listen kind of event and it set a new bar for conferences. The food was even prepared by the even organizers. I was in awe of every moment. Being a vegetarian I am often left eating bits and pieces of whatever is served but that was totally not the case with BTP. There were ample dishes served for all dietary needs.

Here are some of my photo memories from the conference and all the wonderful sponsors!
