We are more than half way through summer… it’s crazy to think about how fast it’s gone by and I want it to slow down!
Fall is going to be crazy busy for us so I’ve been tempering all the fun during the summer with some simple tips to make sure I keep my energy up!
Planes, trains and automobiles… and swimming too!
Yep, we’ve done it all this summer. The last thing I want is my immune system being anything but 100%…
And that is why tip number 1 is that I’ve been using CVS Air Shield.
Tip #2 We’ve also been doing more exercise.
And the girls have been filming more for our YouTube channel while we are getting a workout in. I’m eating better, sleeping more (trying to) and getting up and moving more often.
My job can be pretty sedentary when we are not traveling so I’m making an effort to remember to step away from the computer and get outside. The girls also LOVE to go for hikes so it’s a great way to spend time together too!
Tip #3- I’ve also added in CVS Chewable Hair, Skin & Nails Tablets as a dietary supplement to my life.
All the traveling and changes in temperature and climate can be rough on my body so I’m doing everything I can to help it stay it’s healthiest.
One thing that seems to hold me back is the occasional aches and pains.
It’s mostly headaches, so tip #4 is I carry CVS All Day Pain Relief Tablets with me in my purse. I’ve learned that catching them and treating them early really helps me to get back up and going quickly… and with three kids I have little patience for down time.
I was at a conference in San Diego last weekend with this beautiful view and I was so thankful that I had thought ahead and brought these with me. As soon as I started to feel the familiar pain in my temples I took a tablet and I was feeling better in no time at all!
More tips to keep your energy up during summer:
