2. Take Insync Probiotic! Have you always wanted to take a probiotic but you were not really sure what they are and how to take them?

  1. Probiotics are live bacteria that may help to support healthy host/bacteria interactions in the gastrointestinal tract. Probiotics may help support digestive system health too!
  2. Insync Probiotic is a supplement that has six natural probiotics and contains Doctor recommended B. infantis. With a gradual release and GI Guard that helps probiotics stay alive.

To me, I feel like I'm giving my body a natural boost for the busy spring season when I take them!

  • I really need to work on tip 4- it seems like there is always something new for me to stress about. This looks like a great brand of probiotic.

  • I need to boost my immune system with probiotics. I get on a kick and use them for awhile, then stop. It’s time for another round. They really do help!

  • I love spring! I also get moving and try to de-stress. but mostly it is a time to stock up on the allergy medicines! I get hit so hard every year. /sigh. The only downside to spring.

  • I hear great things about a daily probiotic and really should look into some at the store. I will look for insync as spring is here and I am trying to avoid the usual spring sinus infections.

  • we all 5 of us take probiotics regularly. thankfully we do that- we’ve all been on and off some pretty hefty meds for strep this past 6 weeks or so and we need that balance!

  • I’m sooooo excited spring is here! Love your tips! I’m all up for getting moving this time of year after hibernating my way through the winter. I’m a big fan of taking a daily probiotic. #client

  • It’s really good to keep the system in balance and moving. I have a super sensitive system though, so I can only take a probiotic a couple times a week.

  • Great tips. I’ve never tried a probiotic but I hear great things and I’m curious. With everything else I’m doing to get healthy, now is probably a good time to give it a try.

  • Letting the sun in any way possible is the best way for us to get ready for spring! It seems like we have been closed inside too long. I am ready for fresh air and bright sunlight!

  • I have been working really hard to reduce stress. I also need to work a probiotic supplement into my routine.
