Alternative energy is the future. In a lot of places, if you produce enough power with your solar panels, you can sell the excess back to the power company.

Solar power is so cool. When I was driving through Austria and Germany, I saw SO MANY solar powered homes, more than I’ve ever seen in the US. It’s really catching on over here in Europe!
It’s good to know about those tax credits for switching. I would do it, but need to make sure we have the money for the initial costs.
It’s so great that more and more people are using solar energy. Unfortunately this is still not available at an affordable price in my country. However my dream is to live in California or Nevada in the future where there is enough sun to collect enough energy from it topper up these solar panels.

I remember doing a project on solar power in grade 7 and back then it was like a really futuristic kind of thing which makes me laugh. Now you can see panels on pretty much every Street.
