Thank you so much to Disney for inviting me to cover Rock Your Disney Side 24 hour event! It was a pleasure being able to share all the fun with my readers!
Last Friday I got up super early {like 4:00 am early} so that I could be a part of the excitement for Disney’s latest 24 hours of fun!
At 4:45 am on the dot I was hanging out between the entrances of Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure! I thought for sure I Would be one of the first ones there… I was VERY wrong! Look at everyone lining up for an awesome day of adventure and fun!
The pre-fun entertainment was happening and everyone was getting into the fun… including Dale!
And to kick off the summer… Olaf made an appearance… well his sand sculpture likeliness did!
After some awesome fireworks, we all headed in to see all the awesome Disney magic!
I even met up with some of my blogging buddies who were also there to share the day live on their social media pages. We had a great time discovering some surprises throughout the day and sharing them with all of our readers! Pictured below is Caryn from Rockin Mama! and Nicole from Presley’s Pantry!
Now some fun… did you know there is a secret pet cemetery behind the Haunted Mansion?
I didn’t! But I do now. Here’s the deal. As you get closer to the ride itself, ask one of the cast members if you can see it. They will walk you around and bam! there it is! I can’t wait to show the kids next time!
You have to take a moment and read all the headstones!
We also listened to a Ragtime piano player on Main Street USA!
The rest of the day and night was spent going on rides, eating and people watching!
Throughout all of #RockYourDisneySide 24 hour event, guests were invited to dress up like their favorite Disney character! Take a look at all the new friends I made…
Yes! A good time was had by all!
I cannot wait until my next Disney adventure!
We are BIG Disney fans, but there is no way I could do 24 hours straight….I need my beauty sleep lol.
seems like such a fun time!! I would have loved to have tried to stay for the 24 hours, I don’t know if my daughter would have made it though…
SO MUCH FUN! We’re huge Disney fans so I think I could do the 24 hours of straight Disney. Bring it on!
My kids would love to have attended this. The Olaf sand sculpture is great!
What an awesome thing to get to experience! It looks like a lot of people got into the spirit of Disney and had a ton of fun 🙂
So lucky, I would have loved to have been there! ok, any excuse to get some Disney magic in me is most welcome! 😉
We are going to Disneyland next month, I wish we could have planned around this, looks like a blast! However, I don’t know if I could do 24 straight hours 🙂
That looks like amazing fun! People watching would have been way too fun that day!
what an awesome time, love the costumes and especially Olaf!
That looks like it was so much fun! My kids are now singing Let It Go because they saw Olaf, hahaha.
What a fun event! I can’t believe that everyone was there so early!
How neat to be able to participate in something like this! Looks like everyone was having quite the magical time, but I’d expect no less when Disney is involved 🙂
Oh my goodness, I would totally get up at 4am for an amazing day like that..> What fun. Thank you so much for sharing with us.
I love the half Peter Pan, half Hook costume! What a fun time!
Oh my goodness that sounds like so much fun!! Love all the costumes! Disney is really a magical place!
Oh my goodness how much fun! I love Disney and could easily do 18 hours but not sure I would make it the full 24. However, with the great crowd you were with and the people you met along the way it might have made it easier.
Wow, what a fun-filled day!! This looks like a lot of fun for sure. Love all the characters!
What a fun way for adults to enjoy Disney. The Frozen sand sculpture is awesome!
What a great adventure! Having a reason to get dressed up looks like fun for the adults!!
What a really cool way to show Disney spirit! It sounds like they made it quite the day to visit, and I love Caryn!
Now that looks like major fun!
This looks like so much fun! I have not been to Disneyland in years. I really want to take my Husband who has never been to the park.
What fun! I wonder if any parents this did with kids. The kids would be in Disney heaven with pure joy! 24 hours at Disney!!
SO cool. I love the sand sculpture
This is a FUN experience. I would have loved to be a part of this event!
I have never been to Disney, but want to. I probably want to more than my kids do. It looks like a blast from the pictures.
