We are off on another adventure, this time to Florida for a few weeks. While we are so excited to see another part of the country, we are a bit bummed to miss my sweet niece, little A’s 5th birthday.
When I told Emmy that we were not going to be there for A’s special day she turned to me and said “let’s celebrate early before we go”. I thought that was a brilliant idea! Emmy and I talked about how we should celebrate and she didn’t bat an eye when she said “a Chuck E. Cheese’s party of course”. So that is what we did…
Back in January, we had Emmy’s 6th birthday party at our local Chuck E. Cheese’s, and she said it was the best party ever. I have to agree. There is something extra awesome for both parents and kids, about having a party at a place that you can “just show up” to party at. No planning or stressing for the parents, and guaranteed fun for the kids with all the yummy food and games.
Since we were going to be gone on her actual birthday, I wanted to go all out with all of the VIP options. Because Chuck E. Cheese’s is so reasonably priced, I was able to keep adding more and more fun to her party with the Mega Star Package. This package includes a pinata, extra coins, ice cream cups, a goody bag for each child, star collectible cups, and more! I also ordered a cake for her when I ordered online and they handled it all!
Another way to make your party VIP to the max is to book it for early on Saturday or Sunday mornings. That you get the VIP option where your party has the whole store to themselves! That is going full VIP status!
When you book a birthday party, you get your very own party host.
Since I planned and booked my party online, our host already had everything ready to go. When we got there, she went over everything to make sure that it all still sounded good, and then we were off partying. While the food was being made (the pizzas are prepared in house and are not frozen) the kids played games and went on the rides. All throughout the party, our host was right there with us making sure everything was perfect and that the birthday girl felt extra special.
Before we knew it, the food was there. Staying true to going all out, I ordered a huge party platter that everyone loved! I also included the delicious salad bar…
And of course the pizza too! If you haven’t had a Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza in a while, you are in for a treat! We had five children and six adults and our three pizzas were devoured quickly!
After pizza, it was time for the big guy himself, Chuck E. Cheese to come out and help celebrate A’s party with us. He sang happy birthday, and was there as we blew out the candles!
After that, little A got to go in the ticket blaster. She had so much fun, and Emmy was giving her hints to collect the most tickets. We all rooted her on!
She had no trouble catching a big handful of them. Then it was time for her to count all those tickets and pick out some toys with her winnings.
Our party went by way too quickly, and all us adults did was sit back and enjoy seeing how happy the kids all were. When it was time to go, we all had to go through their security step to make sure we all had the same stamp on our hands. This step ensures that the kids all go home with the right families. I love that extra piece of mind that it gives.

I think it’s great when you have a party host, they do it all for you. My kids love going to Chuck E Cheeses. The only thing that drives me nuts is putting the individual tickets into the counting machine, it takes forever.
We have used Chuck E Cheese a few times for my son’s birthday! We had a lot of fun. My son still talks about his birthday there.
We love Chuck E Cheese. I want to try a birthday party there for my kids soon!
We LOVE having parties at Chuck E. Cheese! Great value, yummy food, lots of fun for the kiddos, and easy for mom!
My kids love parties at Chuck E Cheese. Well, my little still does. Looks like great fun, we might have to throw her next bash there.
I’ve never had any pizza at Chuck-E-Cheese – just the salads – but it looks like a LOT of fun!
We love going to birthday parties at Chuck-e-cheeses. The kids have a blast and I actually relax a bit knowing they can’t leave without me. LOL. And their new pizza is pretty good
We have had some amazing visits and spent some fabulous birthdays with Chuck E. Cheese. I have a feeling we will be stopping in a few times over the summer.
I’m really digging that princess birthday card. Unfortunately, Five Nights at Freddy’s has pretty much terrified my kids away from animatronics for the rest of forever.
Oh my goodness do my kids love Chuck-E-Cheese! They cry to go there when we pass by it!
So cute! The kids look like they had a blast… and that pizza looks scrumptious. I had never thrown a birthday party at a Chuck E Cheese but it seems like a wonderful idea.
Brought back years of fond memories! I highly recommend them.
I love Chuck E Cheese. It seems like a wonderful idea to throw a birthday party at a Chuck E Cheese!
My kids love Chuck E Cheese! And yes, they have amazing birthday packages, I had the best host for my son’s birthday, I didn’t have to worry about cleaning or keeping our guest entertained. Every guest gets a lot of tokens, and the prices are very accommodating.
That’s definitely a lot of fun for the girls! It’s so nice to be able to throw a party like this, especially when you’re planning to invite a lot of kids. The food looks awesome!
The Mega Star Package would be an amazing way to celebrate. Chuck E Cheeses is a great place for a party.
I will have to see where the closest Chuck E Cheese is to me. It looks like a great place for a fun birthday party.
I don’t think I’ve been in a Chuck E Cheese in 20 years probably, I’d forgotten all about them, talk about a blast from the past!
My boys have enjoyed birthday parties at this place. This is a kids dream place for fun.
We have twins and we’re throwing their birthday party there this year. We did it last year too and they loved it.
My kids have never been to CeC, but they ask!!! Birthday parties there always looks like so much fun!
I like the overall color of the place there, it really brushes the mood with fun. I probably would have devoured as much pizza as you guys did if I was there!
Aww! I love how the other girl had her shades upside down. Lol. I didn’t know that two mascots are included for parties?
Definitely the best place to be when you’re a kid 🙂 My daughter and I use to go here a lot when she was young, and I won’t deny, I had as much fun as she did 🙂
What a fun party! Looks like the kids had a great time.

Believe it or not I have never celebrated a birthday at Chuck E Cheese. Not my own and not my kids either! That might have to change in the near future.

Oh we love Chuck E. Cheese! One of the main places we go for the kids birthday parties! Yummy food, lots of play
I used to love going to Chuck E Cheese! Sadly, we don’t have one locally though!
I’ve been to Chuck-e Cheeses twice in my life. Both time I was in my teen. I love their pizza and all the fun games they have there. Wish they had one up here in Montreal!
I have loved Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid, and I’ve been taking my kids there for years. I just love their salad bar, and their pizza is some of my favorite.
Wow, nice party! I also want to give my son a birthday party like this. I hope he will like it.

We always have Birthday parties at Chuck E Cheese. It’s always my go to place to take the kids when it’s raining and they need to get out of the house, as well.
I’ve been to a few Chuck-e-cheese’s parties. It’s such fun for the kids.
Such a fun and cute party!
Parties at Chuck-e Cheese sounds like fun, the food looks delicious also.
What a fun idea! Kids will enjoy this so much
Fun stuff. The Chuck E Cheeses closed down near our house and my son wanted this party there a couple of years ago. The kids love it.
