Hey Guys!

I did a quick run around town today and I’ve got some good deals to share. First up some important business.

In a couple hours I’ll be moving over to WordPress on my own web address. My new home will be www.fullpricenever.com ! Easy enough right? I’m sure excited, but also a bit nervous as I don’t want to loose any of you as coupon friends! It should auto redirect you, but in case it doesn’t you now know my new address… be sure to hop on over and say hi! I will most likely be down for a bit tonight when the change actually happens. I’ll be hanging out on my facebook page during that time!

Okay, on to the deals…

Rite Aid-
I bought the toothbrushes yesterday when there was an overlap of ads. They were free and I’ll be sending in for a $2 rebate so I actually made money buying toothbrushes… and I’m such a money freak that I had to make sure to get the ones with the free toothpaste sample attached… every saving counts, right?

Then there were the soft lips. They are $1.59 after my 20% discount… Got 2 @ $1.59=  $3.18 and I got $4 +up back. Not a huge money maker, but they will make great stocking stuffers.

Lastly I bought 2 Revlon nail files @ $.75 each after 40% sale {this might be regional}= $1.50 and I got back a $3 +up. I can always use more nail files… especially when I am paid to “buy” them!

CVS was really fun today!

I did this transaction 3 times with different cards. Seriously, if you can borrow your family members cards it really helps with deals. They all gave me one of the spare small cards to carry!

Transaction #1
Buy 1 Combo $2
Pay $2 in cash or use ecb as I did. Get back $2

Transaction #2
Buy 3 American Greeting cards that are $.99 each
Pay $2.97 or use ecb’s to pay. Get $3 back

Transaction #3
Buy 3 Centrum ProNutrients @ $9.99= $29.97

Use:
-(3) $7.00/1 12/11SS
-$5 ProNutrients coupon from the red machine
Pay: $3.97 or use ecb’s like I did and pay zero!
Get a $10 Gift Card

I did not include the gift card in the picture because, well, they will be gifts. But really I am so happy to have gotten $30 in giftcards  for nothing.

If you are just starting and you have no ecb’s and you use the ecb’s from each transaction to pay for the next you could get all of this for $3.94 out of pocket!

I’ve just got to say this again. You would get 3 vitamins {that are normally $29.97}, combo snacks, 3 greeting cards and a $10 gift card all for $3.94! Now would be the time to start couponing if you aren’t already. I love coupons!

After that I headed to Walgreen’s. I’m not posting all that I got because I have little spies that check this blog and I don’t want them to see what they *might* get for Christmas {wink}!

Walgreen’s has 2 items that are free after register reward that I would recommend grabbing… check out the ad and you will see them. I bought 7! I used register rewards to pay for them and then I used those register rewards to pay for these toys. These toys are all buy one get one free at $6.99. I saw a couple of these are Walmart for over $10 each. As soon as Christmas is over I won’t have to talk to you all in code…thanks for hanging in there!

These pictures have nothing to do with coupons or shopping, but can anyone relate to this… one second she’s so angry about not getting her way immediately.

And the next second she is so happy! To be an almost 2 year old!

Here’s a couple random money saving tidbit’s from around the web for you all too:

I love this list of items that you should be buying this month. I love having a stockpile. Sometimes life gets in the way of shopping and there is just no time to stop and pick up whatever is needed. I also love not having to pay full price for something… enter my stockpile. Even if you can’t commit to couponing you can build up a stockpile. Just focus on what is at a rock bottom price and grab enough to last you at least 3 months. That should give you enough time to find another deal on that item. Once you get rolling with this way of shopping it will feel second nature.

You can freeze potato chips! What, where have I been?

I hope to see you all tomorrow… WordPress willing {smile}… if not then you can find me on Facebook till I’m back here!

Did anyone find any other super dooper deals this weekend?
