We had an epic heat wave again this past weekend and I was so thankful to have Outshine Fruit & Veggie Bars in our freezer to keep us cool. I’m so excited to share these revolutionary bars with you all via this sponsored post because we loved them!
In the 100+ degree heat this weekend The Little One was desperate for a cool treat.
I’m all for treats, but I don’t want to overload her with sugar, plus she really loves real fruit and fruit juice and she can never get enough veggies. That is why I was so happy to have a few boxes of Outshine Fruit & Veggie Bars. They have fruits, veggies and refreshing coconut water in them so they are pretty much our dream snack come true.
And even when it’s not hot outside these make a great “on the go” snack.
This morning we all had one with breakfast! I kinda felt like “Super Mom” for that because The Little One doesn’t care about fruit and veggie counts, she just likes the taste so it was a total win-win. Outshine Fruit & Veggie Bars are a smart snack choice because they combine a delicious blend of real fruit and vegetables in every bite. They are made from a blend of fruit and vegetable purees and juices, with each bar containing at least 25% vegetables, an excellent source of Vitamin C, and no high fructose corn syrup. The Tangerine Carrot is also an excellent source of Vitamins A and K. It also tastes AMAZING! The Tangerine Carrot is my Little Ones favorite!
The Outshine Fruit and Veggie bars feature five refreshing flavors.
There are seasonal offerings along with these flavors Blueberry Medley, Tangerine Carrot, Apple and Greens, Peach Mango Medley and Strawberry Rhubarb. The 2.5 oz bars are just 60 calories and the 1.5 oz bars, in the variety pack, are only 35-40 calories each. That means more bars for me!
I love when I catch her moments of joy on film.
This one loves frozen bars! Can you tell? If you are gluten-free these might be for you. although they aren’t made in a dedicated gluten-free facility, the bars don’t contain any gluten ingredients. And I think the nutritional values speak for themselves. With low calorie counts and good-for-you ingredients, they are definitely a smart snacking choice!
If I had to pick one favorite I’d say it’s the Strawberry Rhubarb.
The sweet from the strawberry balances the tart rhubarb and it is so refreshing. Not overly sweet, just right! It is so delicious. They also don’t melt as quickly as I would expect so that gives more time to savor the flavor… or maybe I am just eating them quickly?! My girls have already asked when I will be going back to the store to buy more!
What is your favorite flavor?

Those sound really good! Not only what I love them but my kids would too.
These bars are so good. We buy these all the time in the summer.
These sound delicious. I’d like to try the Strawberry Rhubarb.
Thank you for the review.
Those look really tasty, we’ve tried something similar called “Veggie Mama” pops and they were good so I bet my kids would like these too. I’ll have to see about getting some at the store next time we go.
Yum – these look super delicious! I went to an event where they served these with champagne upside down in the glass. it was fun and yummy!
What a great healthy snack! It’s also a great way to substitute a sugary ice pop for a more nutritious snack. Looks like your little one thoroughly enjoyed it 🙂
Those look really good. I love that they have veggies in them.
Wow, with so few calories you really can afford to use them to cool off! Love that they have veggies too.
I think my daughter would LOVE these. I need to pick some up!
I love fruit bars and it looks like something my son and I will enjoy!
This product sounds delicious! I am a huge fan of trying to get veggies into the diet in whatever way works! Thanks for sharing!
I’m heading out today to purchase these icy delights! Strawberry Rhubarb sounds like a country cottage treat. 😉 Love to see the kiddos will love them too.
I love strawberry rhubarb pie, so I definitely want to try those pops out!
I have never had these. They sound delicious.
We had some of these with a really low carb count once and they were good. But, I haven’t seen the low carb count variety again. We have to be very carful due to my daughter’s diabetes.
Wow! These flavors actually sound really good.
I’ve never tried these before but they sound delicious! I’ve been looking for ways to get my son to eat more veggies as he is very picky about them. Are they available at Walmart? That’s where I usually shop. I’ll do some hunting and see if I can find them.
