disneyland diamond celebration drinks and food list

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending an early look at some of the fun surprises planned for Disneyland’s 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration!

There was so much shared that I am going to be writing two posts! This first one is all about food! Something that I look forward to with each new season and celebration at the Disneyland Resorts is the creative and delicious food that they surprise us with! The Diamond Celebration treats and drinks are looking to be my favorites yet!

The Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration will touch every aspect of the guest experience, beginning May 22, 2015. As guests enjoy the spectacular, new shows highlighting the celebration, they’ll also encounter brilliant décor, special entertainment throughout the parks and countless opportunities to amplify the Diamond Celebration fun with food, beverage and souvenir offerings.

I was able to see (and try) so many fun new things for the Diamond Celebration!

Here are some new specialties that will be joining the classic favorites (that Disneyland Resorts is known for):

Not pictured is the Pomegranate Silver Sparkler, (which sounds AMAZING) and is topped with lemon-lime foam and garnished with silver flakes! It will be served at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Café on Main Street, U.S.A., in Disneyland. Also, a Long Board Lemonade at the PCH Grill in Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, a Wild Raspberry Rapids Lemonade at White Water Snacks, an Enchanted Cherry Apple Frozen Lemonade from Troubadour Tavern, a Honey Bee Frozen Lemonade from Hungry Bear Restaurant, and more! These are all non-alcoholic too.

Let’s talk treats… there will be Diamond Celebration Crisped Rice Treats, Caramel Corn, and Cotton Candy available at select locations in the parks.

The kids are going to love these!

This was my favorite! I would never have thought to combine all of these flavors but I’m so glad someone did! It cooled me off and was the perfect combination of drink and dessert. I’m bummed I have to wait till next month to have it again. It was THAT good!

The flavors were amazing and I can’t wait for Pete to try this one. He loves fruit teas so I know he will really enjoy this. It’s going to be so refreshing on warm days!

You have to stop and have a Disneyland Diamond Celebration Cupcake too!

A lemon-flavored cupcake representing the Victorian-era theme of Main Street, U.S.A will be available at Jolly Holiday Bakery Café inside Disneyland. An orange cake that represents the 1930s theme of Buena Vista Street will be available at Disney California Adventure’s Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café.

They are as tasty as they are beautiful!

I was so excited to see the recipe for Walt Disney’s own personal favorite chili recipe that I had to share it with you all! I’ll be back soon to share even more about how awesome the Diamond Celebration is going to be!

Which treat do you want to try the most?
