It’s cookie time!
I go all out on Christmas Eve with a bunch of cookies to snack on and this year I’m including these awesome sugar cookies that are made with Kelapo Coconut Oil! I was so excited when I got the idea to use coconut oil because I knew they would be really good… and I was right! There is a slight coconut taste that makes these really special.

This is such a great idea to use coconut oil, I want to buy some to test out this recipe among other recipes I have seen using coconut oil. I honestly keep forgetting to add it to my shopping list though.
Coconut Oil is abundant here in my country! And seeing how delicious the cookies look, I think I am going to try this recipe soon!
