About Heather
Since I’m retired, every day is Sunday and because my children live about 800 miles away, every holiday is just another Sunday! So, I do what I usually do on Sunday…..read and visit my favorite websites and blogs on the internet.
I went to the lake – camped, fished, and BBQ with family and friends.
Nothing much…just relaxed and went to the movies one afternoon.
BBQed with friends and family. Had a great time.

For Memorial Weekend we did yard work!
I went shoe shopping
I worked on Memorial Day but it was okay, it was time and a half!

I BBQ’d with some family and swam in the pool.
We drove 849 miles to get a set of project jet skis for my husband. Long drive.
Stayed home sick:(
we did a lot of swimming
Our favorite kid friendly coffee shop and a strawberry festival.
Spent most of it in a house of germs – three of us with respiratory infections =( did get to watch some movies and some impressive storms =)
My husband is in law enforcement and worked all weekend. My daughters and I played outside and worked in the yard. We prepared wonderful grilled dinners to eat with Daddy when he arrived home. On Memorial Day, friends were coming home from a trip for a funeral and we carried our dinner to their house to share the holiday meal.
