We love yogurt around here so I have partnered with Dannon to help promote The Activia Challenge. This is a compensated sponsored post.

Everyone wants to feel their best right?

That’s why I took the Activia Challenge! For the past four weeks I’ve had an Activia yogurt twice a day. I’ve tried many different varieties of Activia and I’m feeling great! It was kind of a fun challenge because it was a forced snack twice a day. I think a lot of us are so busy during the day that we either forget to eat or reach for something less than healthy to eat as we do five million other things. Doing the Activia Challenge allowed me to stay full throughout the day and have a happy tummy. You can see my first two recaps here and here.

Just because the challenge is over doesn’t mean I’m going to stop enjoying Activia’s variety of products though!

I know I will definitely keep Activia Blueberry Greek Yogurt in my fridge for a quick, healthy snack because I feel better when I eat Activia! My kiddos have also been eating it and they love the flavor. Strawberry was also a big hit in our home.

Don’t worry if you didn’t try the challenge this past month, there is still time. But get going quickly!

The Activia Challenge promotion officially ends 11/30/2014. Be sure to head to your local grocery store and pick up some Activia products and give it a try – if it doesn’t work, it’s free so you have nothing to lose {official rules}! Grab a friend or family member and have them do it with you. It’s always good to have support from others to keep you on track!

There are lot’s of reasons to join the Activia Challenge.

Most people join because eating Activia twice a day for four weeks, as part of a balance diet and healthy lifestyle, may help reduce the frequency of minor digestive issues like bloating, gas, discomfort and rumbling. Nobody wants that and this is such an easy and delicious way to avoid it!

I ended up having a yogurt with a piece of fruit for breakfast and my second one as either a before bed snack or afternoon pick me up. It became a routine that I don’t see myself breaking anytime soon. Aside from our favorites of strawberry and blueberry there are so many other flavors to keep you satisfied with a variety to choose from. I also loved putting some granola or cereal in mine for the added texture and to make it a little more filling when I knew I wouldn’t be eating again for awhile.
