We have a very busy spring ahead of us and we are all super excited for it… and we want to be healthy and ready for all the fun! We are working on being our healthiest and that includes lots of exercise, healthy eating and for us, taking a natural probiotic like Insync Probiotic.  When we were doing our monthly stock up trip at CostCo I saw Insync Probiotics and decided to add it to out “get healthy for spring campaign”. I had taken a probiotic before and had great results so I decided to take it again to help me prepare for spring allergies and be the healthiest me!

2. Take Insync Probiotic! Have you always wanted to take a probiotic but you were not really sure what they are and how to take them?

  1. Probiotics are live bacteria that may help to support healthy host/bacteria interactions in the gastrointestinal tract. Probiotics may help support digestive system health too!
  2. Insync Probiotic is a supplement that has six natural probiotics and contains Doctor recommended B. infantis. With a gradual release and GI Guard that helps probiotics stay alive.

To me, I feel like I’m giving my body a natural boost for the busy spring season when I take them!

3. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet. It’s important to remember that food is fuel and to treat it as such… although I totally still believe in treats… so eat well and make sure to get lots of fruits and veggies!

4. Reduce stress. Stress can play a big part in our physical and mental health. Limit stress as much as possible and develop coping mechanisms like deep breaths.
