I keep having these little lessons I've learned being a hard core couponer, popping into my head, and I want to share them all with you.1. Turn your +UP's into cash. Why you ask? Because "IT" finally happened to me. The dreaded wasted money. I let $10 in +UP's expire. I wanted to stock up on more plastic utensils, paper plates, and disposable cups. I was holding on to the +UP's and "rolling them" from transaction to transaction hoping for a good deal. All it took was getting sick and just plain forgetting about a +UP that was still attached to a receipt for it to be wasted. It's only $10 but it was my $10 and darn, I worked hard for it (start singing she works hard for her money here). If I had just bought a free after single check rebate (SCR) item I can keep that money forever until the next deal comes along.2. Buy as much as you can if an item you use is free.
